NEW BEDFORD-Arnold E. Harrison, Jr., 54, passed away unexpectedly on November 10, 2024.

Arnold was born in New Bedford and was the son of the late Arnold E. Harrison, Sr., and Mary R. (Sylvia) Harrison.

Arnold worked as a commercial fisherman for many years and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Some of his best memories were made by the water, in the woods, or just sitting around a fire with friends and family. Arnold was always the life of the party and had a great sense of humor.

He is survived by his life partner, Laurie, his children Tabatha McCormack, Arian McCormack and Arnold Harrison III; Vincent McCormack, Jordan Beaulieu and Jessica Beaulieu; siblings, Rhonda Barnes, Denise Harker and Walter and Wendy Harrison; grandchildren, Preston Knight McCormack, McKenzie-Lynn Medeiros, Madison Skye Medeiros, Amaya Skye Croteau and Alina Jade Beaulieu.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Friday, November 22, 2024 from 4-7pm in the Donaghy New-Day Funeral Home, 465 County St., New Bedford.
