Carol Ann (Love) Petrasky, age 75, of Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 with her loving family by her side. Born in Attleboro, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Juliette (Lavoie) Love. Carol was a proud United States Army Veteran of Desert Storm where she was a First Lieutenant and nurse. After her time in the service, Carol became a nurse at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, was an active member of St. John the Evangelist Church where she was a Eucharistic Minister as well as the Parish Nurse. She was also an avid Patriots fan, who loved spending time with her family and loved helping people in any way she could and who's heart was always filled with love and affection for her family and friends.

She is survived by her children: James Walker and his wife Heather, and Lisa Walker, brother Walter Love, grandchildren: Jennifer Sass, Alicia Glass, Dylan, Liam and Hayden Walker, Great grandchildren: Olivia and Benjamin Sass and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Rita Strycharz, Robert and Ruth Love.

Calling hours for Carol will take place on Monday, October 21, 2024 from 4-7 PM at the Foley Cook New Day Funeral Home 126 South Main St, in Attleboro. Her funeral will take place on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, 9AM from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Church, 1 St. John's Place, Attleboro at 10 AM.
