Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cathy Jean Paulousky.

Cathy was a bright light in everyone's life, full of love, happiness, and humor. She held a special place in her heart for her children and grandchildren, showing them a fierce amount of unconditional love and would do anything for them. From simple errands, dinner, day trips, and sleep overs she cherished all the time she got to spend with each of them. She was, and will continue to be, their safe space and "their person".  Her whole family adored her, as she did all of them, always looking forward to family gatherings and simple phone calls. She was an amazing friend, always there whenever anyone needed her. Cathy was truly unique and one of a kind. Her infectious laugh and adorable smile would fill up any room she was in spreading joy and happiness to all around her. She loved to continuously pick up new crafting hobbies from candle to quilt making, she wanted to do it all and share it all with those she loved! Cathy was vibrant and full of so much life, which is how she would want to be remembered.

Cathy is survived by her two children, Corrie Finegan, from Lincoln, RI and Richard Paulousky, from Cumberland, RI to whom she shared with her lifelong partner and friend Richard Paulousky, from Clearwater, FL. Her beloved grandchildren Jordan Dalpe, from Attleboro, MA and Jacqueline Finegan, from Lincoln, RI. She also leaves behind her two sisters, Lisa Grahm, from Warwick, RI and Laurie Williams, from White Springs, FL.

Cathy will be remembered for her kindness and loving nature. Her departure comes as an unbearable shock and is felt greatly among countless family members, close friends, and anyone who had the privilege of knowing her. There are no words to describe the missing piece her family now holds in their hearts, but they cherish every moment they got to be a part of such a wonderful person's life. They will forever hold their little munchkin and cutie pie close to them in every step of life to come.
