Charles “Charlie” Rene Sirois, 61, of Attleboro passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026.
He was born in Providence, Rhode Island; beloved son of Bernard and Annette (Dauphinais) Sirois. Charlie spent his formative years in South Attleboro.
A graduate of Attleboro High School, Charlie went on to work for Attleboro Woodwork for several years. Beyond his professional endeavors, Charlie was a man of many passions. He was an artist at heart and a poet who found beauty in words and creativity. Recently, he rekindled his love for music by picking up the guitar once again. He took great pride in working on his car and back in the day he enjoyed working on his motorcycle.
Food was another source of happiness for Charlie; he loved savoring meals and sharing them with those around him. Since 1990, he had been actively involved with CCBC, whose care and guidance provided him with immense comfort and support over the years.
Charlie had a special place in his heart for his family. He adored his nieces and nephews and cherished the time spent with them. His love extended to his great-nieces, great-nephews, and countless cousins who brought joy to his life.
In addition to his parents, Charlie is survived by his brothers Gerard Sirois and wife Jeanne of Attleboro, Philip Sirois and wife Elisa of the Philippines, and Donald Sirois and wife Betsy of Greene, Rhode Island; his nephews and nieces Paul Sirois, his wife Mary, Tyler Sirois, his wife Shelby, Julie Fitzgerald and her husband Ben, Sonia Narcisse and her husband Gerry, Bonnie Lucas Sirois and her partner Nicole and Evan Sirois along with his great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is predeceased by his nephew Lane Sirois and his grandparents on both sides.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 4:00-7:00pm in the Foley-Cook New Day Funeral Home, 126 South Main St. Attleboro.
