NEW BEDFORD-Claire L. Medeiros, 70, of New Bedford passed away after a long illness Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Our Lady's Haven in Fairhaven.

Born in Acushnet, she was the daughter of the late Lillian (Langevin) Medeiros and Alfred "Bozo" Santos. Claire worked for many years in the warehouse at Building 19 and later at Titleist until her retirement. She enjoyed BINGO, KENO, scratch tickets and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Michael Medeiros and his wife Susan of Acushnet, Christine Breakfield of New Bedford, Markus Medeiros and his husband Curtis Workman of Attleboro, Matthew Medeiros, Jake Lassiter and Jennifer Lassiter and her husband Jordan Kaylor all of New Bedford; five grandchildren, Jared and Nichole Medeiros, Curtis Workman, Jr., Shayne Lassiter and Ellie Medeiros; a sister, Sandra Medeiros and many nieces and nephews.
