Constance (Pepin) England, age 92, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2025, at Life Care Center of Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of the late Allan R. England with whom she shared many years of marriage.
She was born in Central Falls, Rhode Island, daughter of Arthur and Regina (Ritcher) Pepin. Constance lived a long and full life marked by devotion to her family, creativity, and service to her community. A talented seamstress with a generous heart, she poured love into every stitch she made. Constance sewed wedding gowns for her daughters, prom dresses and formal dresses for family and friends, along with festive garments for church Christmas events. Her handiwork was not only a reflection of her skill but also of the care she extended to those around her.
Constance gave back to her community through volunteer work at Sturdy Hospital and worked at Cherry & Webb for many years. Her dedication to helping others was a constant throughout her life. She also found joy in the outdoors; spending summers camping at a seasonal site in Cape Cod's Cedarville Camp Dennen and enjoyed many winters in Ft. Myers, Florida.
Survived by her children; Deb Hawley and her husband Christopher, Carole Fox and her husband Edward and Rick Langlois and his wife Lin, brother-in-law, William Kuiken; her stepchildren Scott and Tammy England and Sue Charron; her sister Patricia "Pat" Gagnon; her grandchildren Wesley Hawley, Julia Hawley, Mandy Laliberte, Skyler England along with her 3 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Predeceased by her first husband, Albert Langlois, and daughter Diane Kuiken.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 9am - 10:30am at Foley-Cook New Day Funeral Home, 126 South Main St., Attleboro. Immediately followed by a prayer service at 10:30. Burial in Newell Cemetery Attleboro.
