ATTLEBORO-David L. Dorais, 81, of South Attleboro passed away unexpectedly Thursday, February 20, 2025 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. He was the beloved husband of the late Carol L. (Mooney) Dorais.

Born in Central Falls, RI, son of the late Lucien and Bernadette (Belgrade) Dorais, he resided in So. Attleboro most of his life. David worked as a sales manager for Carpet Products and later W.J. Grosvenor Company until his retirement.

David is survived by his daughters, Tracie Dorais and Robin Dorais both of Attleboro; two grandchildren, Lauren Jette and her husband Emmett Barnacle of Providence, RI and Linsey Rocha of Woonsocket, RI; two great grandchildren, Juliet and Oliver Barnacle; two siblings, Dolores Berard and her husband Dennis of Lincoln, RI and Donald Dorais and his wife Kristine of Cumberland, RI; and several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with his wishes he will be cremated and memorial visitation will be Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 4-7PM in the Foley-Cook New Day Cremation and Funeral Care, 126 South Main Street, Attleboro. His funeral will be Friday, March 7, 2025 at 9AM from the funeral home followed by a funeral service at 10AM in St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 50 Park Pl., Pawtucket, RI.
