MIAMI, FLORIDA-David J. Sullivan, 77, of Coconut Grove, FL, passed away August 21, 2025 after a period of declining health. Born in New Bedford, he was the son of the late Francis J. and Jeannette (Lachapelle) Sullivan.

David was a sailboat charter captain for many years while in Florida.

He is survived by his brothers, Robert Sullivan of Mansfield, Thomas Sullivan and his wife Dina of NC and Lawrence Sullivan and his wife Mary of Pompano Beach, FL; sister in law, Louise Sullivan of Rochester; and many nieces and nephews. David was the brother of the Francis D. Sullivan and his wife Marie Sullivan and James W. Sullivan.
