Donald A. Mendez Jr, 65, of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at the Somerset Ridge Center.& He was the husband to Beverly Ann (Jerome) Mendez.

Born in New Bedford, he was the son toDonald A. Mendez Sr and Marie (Sylvia) Mendez. Donald was raised in New Bedford and attended New Bedford Schools. He went on to work in the Construction field. Donald was an avid New England Patriots fan and enjoyed various genres of music. He also held much enthusiasm for large cars such as Cadillacs, Lincolns and Oldsmobiles. Donald loved to spend time with his family and he adored his grandchildren. He enjoyed many games of Rummy, Chess and Pool with his family and friends. He was always supportive of his family and helped in any he could. Donald was so full of life and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Donald was the father to Donnell Mendez of New Bedford and Donita Mendez of New Bedford. He was the proud grand father to Alexis Martinez, Andryn Martinez and Anjel Martinez. He was the father in law to Tasha Mendez of New Bedford.
