Heidi Mae Bussiere, 52, of Fairhaven, passed away surrounded by the love of her family in her beloved home. She was born in Wareham and raised in Rochester, Massachusetts.

Heidi lived in Fairhaven with her devoted husband of 29 years, Matthew Bussiere. She is survived by her children: Drea Bussiere of New Bedford Madison Smith and her husband, Tyler, of Fairhaven; and her son, Logan Bussiere, and his fiancée, Paige Teixeira, of New Bedford. She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren Mia, Jaxson, Torrey, Ella, Aubrey, Jemma and Emerson who lovingly called her GaGa.

Heidi is also survived by her parents, Arthur and Julie Wright of Rochester, and her sister, Andrea Shaw, her husband Sean, and their daughter Delaney.

Heidi loved life's simple pleasures, especially spending time at her favorite places, West Island Beach and Maine, often with a good book, enjoying the calm of the ocean and the beauty of nature. She was also a devoted New England Patriots fan, cheering them on with unwavering loyalty.

In accordance with her wishes, a private memorial will be held with her close family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Buzzards Bay Coalition.

Her love, warmth, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
