NEW BEDFORD--Jamilex Suarez, 27, of New Bedford passed away peacefully Monday, January 29, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford.  Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of Emanuel and Johann (Kercado) Suarez of New Bedford.

She is survived by her parents;  a son, Xander Emanuel Reyes of New Bedford;  her paternal grandparents, Damaris Suarez of New Bedford and Elias Suarez of Puerto Rico; siblings, Yanaira Cortes, Emanuel Suarez all of New Bedford;  also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Her service will be Monday, February 5, 2024 at 11AM in the Donaghy New Day Cremation and Funeral Care, 465 County Street, New Bedford.  Visitation will be from 9:30-11AM prior to the service and burial will be in Rural Cemetery, New Bedford.  For facility directions or memorial register please visit, www.newdayfunerals.com.
