Kathryn "Kathy" J. Doherty, age 64, of Attleboro passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side. Born in  and raised in Taunton, she was the daughter of Alma (Lincoln) Doherty Dusseault and the late Edward Doherty. Kathy lived most of her life in Attleboro, where she enjoyed stopping by yard sales as she had a good eye for finding deals and items for others. She also enjoyed making people smile by texting people GIF's and posting to family and friends Facebook's, playing Yahtzee, Bingo, reading poetry, listening to music, fishing, taking her chances on scratch tickets, taking trips to the casino as well as to Cape Cod.

She is survived by her son Daniel Doherty, of Attleboro, sisters: Susan Lopes and her husband Frank of Attleboro, Lisa Doherty Jackson and her husband Stephen of Seekonk, brother: Scott Doherty and his wife Diane of Naples, FL, grandchildren: Aaidan and Amaia and several nieces and nephews.

Her private funeral arrangements are under the care of Foley-Cook New Day Cremation and Funeral Care. 126 South Main St. Attleboro.
