NORTH DARTMOUTH - Kevin J. Blake, 70, of North Dartmouth passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, Friday, July 12, 2024. He was the loving husband of 45 years to the late Helen E. (Coles) Blake, his high school sweetheart.

Born and raised in New Bedford, he was the son of the late William J. Billy" Blake and Theresa E. (Cadieux) Blake. Kevin was a graduate of New Bedford High School and a longtime realtor in the area, most recently for Anne Whiting Real Estate.

An all around athlete and accomplished baseball player in his youth and avid golfer in later years, he was a lifelong Red Sox and NE Patriots fan. He was passionate about real estate and helping people find their dream homes. Kevin's greatest joy and accomplishment was his family.

He is survived by his two children, Amanda E.B. Adler and her husband Rudolph "Joe" Adler of Burlington, VT, and Kevin W. Blake and his wife Kristen E. Blake of Middleton, MA; a sister, Lisa M. Medeiros-Glenn of Simpsonville, SC., and several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Mr. Blake was the brother of the late Betty Ann Blake.

Calling hours are Tuesday, July 16, 2024 from 4-7PM in the Donaghy New Day Cremation and Funeral Care, 465 County Street, New Bedford. Cremation will follow.
