NEW BEDFORD-Leo Goyette, 76, of New Bedford passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford. He was the husband of the late June P. (Durant) Goyette.

Born in Acushnet, son of the late Ademord Goyette, Jr. and Lillian (Thifault) Goyette, he lived most of his life in New Bedford.  Leo attended the New Life South Coast in New Bedford. Leo had worked at Titleist for over 25 years until his retirement.  He enjoyed music, going to festivals and wrestling.

He is survived by his children, Suzanne P. Goyette of New Bedford and Wayne R. Goyette and his fiancée Jeanna Almeida of Dartmouth;  three grandchildren, William Houtman, Tiera Brown and Adam W. Goyette;  a sister, Elaine Stevenson of AZ and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Goyette was the brother of the late William Goyette. He loved spending time with his family. Mr. Goyette was the brother in law to the late Pauline Durant and the late Robert Durant.
