Leonard Damas, age 75, a cherished resident of Attleboro, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton. He was born in the Grand Gosier, Haiti, beloved son of the late Vilbrum Damas and Justina Bayard.

Leonard dedicated his life to serving his community as a bus driver, a role in which he took great pride and through which he touched the lives of many with his kindness and dedication. His warm smile and gentle demeanor were a source of comfort and joy to all who knew him.

He was the devoted husband of Clermencia (Jean) Damas, with whom he shared many wonderful years of marriage. Leonard's love for his family was boundless, and he was a pillar of strength and support to his loved ones.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Baptist Church, 340 Central Avenue, Seekonk. A church service will follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial in Woodlawn North Purchase Cemetery, Attleboro.
