ATTLEBORO-Matthew J. Sellers, 61, passed away on November 18, 2024. He was the loving husband of Angelica G. Lirio.

Matt was born in San Diego, CA and was the son of John W. Sellers and Patricia A. (Costello) Sellers.

Matt served his country honorably in the US Air Force and was employed at Sensata Industries, formerly known as Texas Instruments for 32 years as a program engineer. His background in engineering made Matt your go-to if you ever needed something repaired. He was a man who could fix just about anything. He enjoyed working around his house and had a passion for classic cars. He loved to cruise whenever he could in his Mustang GT. Matt was a world traveler and history buff and a wealth of information. Most of all, he enjoyed each moment that he shared with his family and those who knew him best.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Stephanie Sellers, Kevin Sellers and Justin and Ryan Silva, siblings, Mark, Joseph, John and Patrick Sellers; several nieces and nephews and many life-long friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 9-10:30am in the Foley-Cook New Day Funeral Home, 126 South Main St., Attleboro.

Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am in St. John the Evangelist Church, 1 St. John Pl., Attleboro.

Burial will be private.
