Patrick M. Dooley, 73, passed away peacefully Friday, June 30, 2023 at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River. He was the husband of the late Perrine (Sylvia) Dooley.

Born in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, son of the late James P. and Florence (Murphy) Dooley, Patrick settled in Freetown in 1976 and was Plant Manager for various area Industrial Laundry businesses to include Coyne Laundry and Aramark. He enjoyed horseshoes and was a founding member of the Pegasus Horseshoe League and first inductee into it's Hall of Fame.

He is survived by his children, Scott Dooley of Pittsfield, NH, Sherry Miller and her husband Jeffrey of West Wareham, Shannon Zussy and her husband Richard of Marion and Steffanie Dooley of Dartmouth;& eight grandchildren, Brittany, Scott, Derek, Marissa, Jefferson, Kennedy, Danica and Kaelin; a great grandson, Kohlby; five surviving siblings, Gerry Dooley and his wife Barbara, Carol Barry and her husband Wayne, Barbara Dooley and Helen Price all of Newfoundland and Patricia Gomes and her husband James of New Bedford; and many nieces and nephews. Patrick was the brother of the late Bill, Leo, Larry, Jim, Fred and Maureen Dooley, Mary White and Kat Trout.
