NEW BEDFORD-Raymond E. Valentine, 79, of New Bedford passed away peacefully on Friday, April 11, 2025 at the Sacred Heart Home in New Bedford after a period of declining health.  He was born in New Bedford, the son of the late Stanley and Ruth (Mathewson) Valentine.

Ray is survived by his siblings, Mary Ann Valentine, Janet Ahola, Lois Ashley and Robert Valentine;  his sister in law, Mary C. Valentine and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother John S. Valentine.
