NEW BEDFORD-Robert "Bob" Miranda Jr, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, passed away following a hard fought health battle on May 6, 2024. Bob passed away in New Bedford surrounded by his family.

Bob was friend to anyone he met, a loving husband to Carolyn, and an exceptional father to his daughters, Heather, Kristie, April, and Kattie. He will be deeply missed by his sisters Laura and Lynn, his uncle Martin, his aunt Muriel, his grandchildren Lea, Devan, Cam, Madi, Logan, Jaxon, and Nora, and all of those who knew him.

Bob was preceded in death by his father Robert, mother Shirley, stepmother Janice, and sister Joyce.

Bob was a master mechanic, golf fanatic, greens keeper, and jack of all trades.

Memorial services to celebrate Bob's life will be held at Smith Neck Friends Meeting on June 1, 2024. Services will begin at 11a.m. with food, refreshments, and memories to follow.
