NEW BEDFORD - Shaunell McPherson, 59, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025 at St. Luke's after a brief illness.

She was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Marion and Beverly (Burgo) McPherson.

Shaunell enjoyed doing crafts. She was part of the knitting club at Bedford Towers. Shaunell loved to cook and enjoyed trying new recipes.

She is survived by her brother Darren McPherson of New Bedford, her sister Sheemeka Inabett of Florida, nieces, nephews, cousins from New Bedford, New York, Philadelphia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
