Newport News, VA - Stephen Alan Chasse, 71, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025.

He was born in Attleboro to the late Richard and Norma (Teasdale) Chasse.

Stephen is survived by his wife Sarah Jean Chasse, his siblings Kathy Trepanier and Kenneth Chasse, and his nieces and nephews Lacey Trepanier, Bethany Trepanier, Kenneth Chasse Jr, Hillary Trepanier, Nicholas Trepanier, Krisshia Mae Bacuac and Amelia Chasse. He was predeceased by his father Richard Chasse Sr, and his brother, Richard Chasse Jr. His beloved mother Norma Ruth Chasse passed shortly after him.

Stephen grew up in Seekonk, served briefly in the USAF and worked as a Design Engineer. He loved the Celtics, Bruins, Patriots and Red Sox. He was ordained as a minister and had hoped to retire to the Philippines with his loving wife Sarah.
