Steven Brodeur, aged 70, of Fairhaven, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025. He was the son of Armand Brodeur and Vivian (Richard) Brodeur.

Steve is survived by his daughter, Carolyn Brodeur and significant other John Mendes; his sons, Michael Brodeur and daughter in law Alysia Brodeur and Jeffrey Brodeur and daughter in law Ann Marie Brodeur; and grandchildren, James Brodeur and Juvelin Brodeur Mendes. He is also survived by three siblings: Barry Brodeur, Susan Brodeur Cool, and David Brodeur. Many fond family memories were made camping, traveling, boating, and his famous prime rib dinners.

Steve was a graduate of Dartmouth High School and numerous heating and cooling institutes. An enthusiast of automobiles and boating, he navigated a boating journey from Fairhaven to Florida. He demonstrated exceptional skills in carpentry and mechanical work.

Steve was president of Beacon Lumber and previously worked as a heating and cooling technician for Brodeur & Sons and Milhench. His commitment to public service included acting as a call firefighter for the Fairhaven community. He was a past member of the Acushnet River Safe Boating Club in Fairhaven.

Funeral arrangements will be private.
