It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Suzanne A. (Daigle) Howard, 72, after a long illness. Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Andre Daigle "Pepere" and Yvette (Vanasse) Daigle.

She dedicated 38 years at St. Luke's Hospital with co-workers to helping others and making many friends along the way. She loved her casino vacations with her husband Mick and also spending time with her family. Sue died at Sippican Healthcare Center, surrounded with love and peace by her family and friends on June 22, 2024.

Sue is survived by siblings, Robert and Deborah Daigle of New Bedford, Bernadette (Bernie) Daigle of New Bedford, Louis and Sue Daigle of Florida and Aline (Dee) Daigle and Ron Costa of Florida/New Bedford.

She is also survived by daughter, Brandi L. Howard of Rhode Island, two granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.

Sue was predeceased by her husband Michael Howard, newborn daughter Tammy L. Medeiros and her son William Medeiros III.

A very special recognition to the wonderful care she received from Sippican Nursing Home employees and the Hospice Care Nurses. They helped pave the way for Sue's loving and caring departure.

A special thank you to Jessica Parisi, Sue's niece, for her continuous attention and loving care.

There will be no viewing, visitation or funeral reception. The family will have a 'Celebration Of Life' at a later time.
