Thomas Joseph O'Connor, age 72, a resident of Attleboro passed away at Sturdy Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Loretta A. (Choquette) O'Connor with whom he shared 23 years of marriage.

He was born in Boston; son of the late Thomas and Dorothy (McGlynn) O'Connor. Tom's father was in the military, so the family moved around quite a bit before securing his roots in Easton. He followed in his father's footsteps and joined the United States Coast Guard. Tom worked as a machinist toolmaker for many years. He enjoyed going to work every day and was proud of the items he created. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening, music, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, Tom is survived by his daughters, Colleen Paul-O'Connor and her wife Tabitha, Carol Esposito and her longtime partner Bob Mockler, Lisa Perry and her husband David, and Rachael Lapierre and her husband David; his brothers Richard O'Connor and Dan Ratliff; his grandchildren Beth, Kayleigh, Georgia, Breanna, Dominic; and 4 great grandchildren
